Kabanata lll: Mga Alamat

 Kabanata lll: Mga Alamat

l. Buod

V. Gintong Aral
Bigyan ng parehong karapatan ang tao. Mayaman man o dukha. Pahalagahan ang
alamat na galing sa ating mga ninuno.

action plan

I will start in my room. I cannot eat in my room while i'm doing my work or just using it. I will see to it that i will put all my trash in the proper place. I will clean my room after i made a mess or of there is a mess. In school, where ever I am I will throw my garbage in the garbage bins so that I can achieve ecological sustainability. In the canteen, where the food is bought. when ever i'll be there I will do my best to throw my garbage in it's designated place. The classroom is another place where we stay. We have to keep it clean. All those pieces of papers on the floor, I will throw them into the garbage bin.

If we're on the streets we shouldn't just throw it on the ground, we should just keep it or look for a garbage bin. keep it in a plastic or place it temporarily in your pockets if it is just simple candy wrappers. You could also keep it in your bag if possible. This will help avoid flood and pollution. I will see to it that I can make use of our extra place outside our house to plant vegetables or plants. This will help balance our ecology.

Indigenous and endangered species

Since the increase of our population, more and more demands are made and our animals and plants are highly affected. One example would be the Philippine Flat-head frog. Another example would be the aerides lawrenciae, located in mindanao and leyte. Last would be the Prudus rubiginosa, endemic to luzon, mindoro, sibuyan and mindanao.

All of these species are endangered and it's best if we take care of them because they play vital roles to our society. As a student, i can do this by treating them well and with respect. It would be such a waste if all of them died. They're all magnificent creatures and each and everyone of them has a very important role in our ecosystem.

indigenous plants and animals help beautify our surroundings and help balance our ecological system. We have to take care of them like if we find a unusual bird flying let us not shoot them but let it go. Like a fisher man found a whaleshark sick, floating in the sea, he should ask the help of anyone who knows to cure or help the creature and return it to sea.

Ecological Degradation Ecological degradation

Ecological degradation destroys our ecosystem through depletion of resources such as air, water and soil. The destruction of ecosystems and the extinction of wildlife.

Ecological degradation is truly a problem to us right now and will continue to be unless measures are taken. Although I am just a student, I believe I can make even the smallest change which would turn out to be a big difference once others would follow me. Ecological degradation is a common problem in any community here in Cebu. During rainy days flood is anywhere. Clean our surroundings, segregate the garbage. Always throw the garbage in the trash can. Never throw anywhere. Let the local officials know what is happening to ones environment.

Ecological degradation destroys our environment. With the depletion of our resources it will make our lives much more difficult. Our resources helps us sustains life. Through the plants & trees, we get to receive oxygen that we need to survive. And in return, they get carbon dioxide that they need in order to live. Plants also can be a good source of vitamins & minerals that help regulate our body. While animals, provide protein for our bodies to stay strong & healthy.
